Spiritual wash/bath is a great way to help clear any blockages that can lead to depression, Low self esteem & stagnation. ( 2 Baths)

There is no set way to take a spiritual bath. Each bath is prepared and set to each individual's needs, but if you find yourself needing assistance, below you will find some steps that other’s have taken to create a great spiritual bath experience.

Bath & Shower instructions:

1. You can take a bath or shower with this bundle please clean your tub with the intent of the bath clear the blockages. 
   
   
2. Fill the tub with water half way add half of your spiritual cleanse
3. Set the mood by lighting your incense 
4. You can choose to be in silence or have meditation or relaxing sounds playing. 
   
   
5. Spend 20-30 minutes in your spiritual bath &  if you’re showering simply pour it over your body & set the same intentions. 

Shower instructions:

You can use a pitcher or a large bowl/bottle of some sort to place your cleanse in & After you take your shower pour your spiritual bath water over yourself. You can pray at this time, speak affirmations or your intention while you pour the spiritual bath water over yourself.

Do not rinse the spiritual bath water off. You can air-dry or pat lightly pat with a white towel. If you dont have a white towel, any light colored towel will do.

Quick reminder: If you’re trying to attract something TO YOU, (e.i employment, soul-mate, money), then pour the water in your hand and splash it towards you. If you are trying to rid yourself of something, (i.e debt, negativity, self doubt), then pour the water downwards and AWAY FROM YOU.
