Bath or Shower Ritual

   Fill your tub halfway with warm water, then pour in half of the wash while speaking words of purification and peace.
3. Set the Ambience

   Bathe for 20–30 minutes, visualizing golden light surrounding your body and washing away tension.

Alternative Shower Method

Combine a portion of the wash with warm water in a pitcher or bowl. After showering, pour the blend slowly over your body while affirming your desires or releasing what no longer serves you.
