HOW TO USE  BATH OR SHOWER:

There is no single “right” way to take a spiritual bath. Each experience is unique and guided by your intention. Below is a suggested method if you’d like support.

Bath Instructions:

1. Clean your tub with intention, visualizing blockages being removed
2. Fill the tub halfway and add half of one spiritual cleanse
3. Light incense and your Fresh Start candle
4. Sit in silence or play meditation/relaxation music
5. Soak for 20–30 minutes, focusing on release and renewal

Shower Instructions:

After showering, pour the spiritual bath water over your body using a bowl or pitcher while praying, affirming, or setting intention.

Do not rinse. Air-dry or gently pat dry with a white or light-colored towel.
