   If showering, pour the mixture gently over your body while affirming peace and clarity.

Alternative Shower Method

Use a pitcher or large bowl to hold your cleanse. After showering, pour it slowly over your body while praying, affirming, or speaking your intentions.

Do not rinse. Allow the spiritual water to remain on your skin to seal in calm energy. Air dry or gently pat with a white or light-colored towel.
