Bath & Shower Instructions:

There is no single “correct” way to take a spiritual bath. Every cleanse is personal and should be done with clear intention.

Before beginning, clean your tub or shower with the intention of removing blockages and stagnant energy.

For Baths:

• Fill the tub halfway with water

• Add your spiritual cleanse

• Light your incense and set the atmosphere

• You may choose silence, meditation music, prayer, or calming sounds

• Soak for approximately 20 minutes while focusing on your intentions

For Showers:

• After showering normally, pour your spiritual bath water over your body

• Speak affirmations, prayers, or intentions while cleansing yourself

• Do not rinse the spiritual bath water off afterward

• Allow yourself to air dry or lightly pat dry with a light-colored towel
