Bath & Shower Ritual

1. Prepare Your Space
   Cleanse your tub or shower area with the intention of dissolving emotional blockages and releasing all that no longer serves you.

   Fill your tub halfway with water and add half of your spiritual wash.
3. Set the Atmosphere
   Light incense or candles to create a tranquil environment. You may choose silence, meditation music, or soothing tones that align with your mood.
4. Immerse with Intention
   Spend 20–30 minutes soaking in your bath.
   – If showering, pour the mixture gently over your body while affirming love, gratitude, and renewal.
5. Amplify the Energy
   Add a few drops of your Self-Love Oil to the bath water to strengthen your intention and open your heart space.

Alternative Shower Method

Prepare a pitcher or large bowl filled with your cleanse. After your regular shower, pour the water slowly over your body while speaking affirmations or prayers of love and alignment.

Do not rinse. Allow the spiritual water to remain, then air-dry or lightly pat with a white or light-colored towel.
