How to Use Your Self Love Bath (Shower Friendly):
- Prepare your tub or shower with intention
- release what’s no longer yours.
- Fill the tub halfway and add half of your bath mixture.
- Light incense, play soft music, or sit in silence.
- Soak for 15–20 minutes, or gently pour water over your body using a pitcher.
- Speak affirmations, prayers, or your heart’s desires aloud.
- Do not rinse. Air dry or lightly pat with a white or light towel.

Well.. I’ll just say this.. I came to the woman completely blind and broken. She started off with a reading back in January (which was spot on!) and seen that it was way deeper then just that. She let me know my guides said I needed self love. Now when I received my bundle now that’s when all the burdens and brokenness started to go away and in came the strength I needed to love myself properly and let go of things that were no longer serving me.
