How to Use Your Self Love Bath (Shower Friendly):

1. Prepare your tub or shower with intention 
2. release what’s no longer yours.
3. Fill the tub halfway and add half of your bath mixture.
4. Light incense, play soft music, or sit in silence.
5. Soak for 15–20 minutes, or gently pour water over your body using a pitcher.
6. Speak affirmations, prayers, or your heart’s desires aloud.
7. Do not rinse. Air dry or lightly pat with a white or light towel.

Daily Self-Love Affirmations:

  Spiritual Cleansing Instructions

For the best results, complete this ritual over 3 consecutive days with intention and consistency.

Day 1

- Begin by mopping your home from the back of the house toward the front door, symbolically removing stagnant and unwanted energy.
- Once you've finished mopping, light your candle. Allow it to burn for 3–4 hours each day.

- As the candle burns, pray or meditate on what you are releasing. Speak life into your intentions and be clear about the habits, cycles, obstacles, or energies you are breaking free from. Focus on the positive changes you are calling into your life.

Floor Wash

- Divide the floor wash into 3 equal portions, using one portion each day for three consecutive days.

Spiritual Bath
- Divide the bath into 3 equal portions, using one portion each day for three consecutive days.
- Do not soak in a bathtub with this particular bath. Instead, pour the bath into a bowl or container and slowly pour it over your body while standing in the shower or bathtub.
- As the bath flows over you, pray and set your intentions, allowing the water to symbolically wash away anything you are releasing.
- Once you've poured the bath over yourself when you get out allow yourself to air dry. 

 Body Scrub

- Use the body scrub during your baths until it is completely finished. Depending on how much you use, this will typically last 3–7 days.

Spiritual Oil
- Apply the spiritual oil daily until the bottle is finished.
- Be sure to massage the oil into your palms and the soles of your feet, as these are important spiritual points for grounding, receiving, and directing energy.
- As you apply the oil, continue praying, affirming your intentions, and visualizing the transformation you are calling into your life.

Remain intentional throughout the process. Your mindset, prayers, consistency, and faith are just as important as the products themselves.
