Bath & Shower Instructions

2. Activate the Waters
   Fill your tub halfway with water and add half of your spiritual cleanse.
3. Set the Atmosphere
   Light incense or candles to create a serene and sacred environment. Choose silence, meditation music, or prayers—whichever helps you connect.
4. Immerse with Intention
   Soak for 20–30 minutes, focusing on strength, protection, and peace.
   If showering, pour the cleanse gently over your body while affirming your safety, power, and divine covering.
5. Enhance the Energy
   Add a few drops of your Protection Oil to the bath water to deepen your intention and strengthen your spiritual armor.

Alternative Shower Method

Fill a pitcher or large bowl with your cleanse mixture. After showering, pour it slowly over your body while praying or speaking affirmations of protection, courage, and cleansing.

Do not rinse. Allow the water to remain on your skin as a protective shield. Air-dry or gently pat with a white or light-colored towel.
