How to Use Your Yoni Steam Refills:

1. In a pot, add 6 cups of purified water.
2. Place 1 herbal tea bag into the pot. (Do not use essential oils—they’re too strong for delicate tissue.)
3. Bring the water to a gentle boil for 5 minutes.
4. Turn off the heat, cover the pot, and steep for an additional 5 minutes.
5. Test the steam by waving your hand 8–10 inches above it. Wait until it’s comfortably warm.
6. Pour about 3 cups of the herbal water into your Yoni seat or steaming bowl.
7. Undress from the waist down and sit above the steam.
8. Wrap a large towel, sheet, or robe around your waist down to the floor to hold in the warmth.
9. Keep yourself cozy wear socks or slippers and keep your upper body covered.
10. Steam for 10–12 minutes, breathe deeply, and set your intention.
11. Discard the water once the steam fades. For a second round, reheat the remaining mix if needed and repeat.
